Pilates Classes

Pilates Mat

These classes consist of 40 various exercises created by Joseph Pilates that are performed lying on your back, side or stomach. The exercises target your abdominal and back muscles focusing on increasing core musculature and flexibility in a fun group setting. Classes are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.

Tower Class

This class combines mat exercises using the pilates equipment known as the tower. This is a great class to start working with the Pilates equipment or to challenge your mat work.
