Turning Point Fitness was founded by Lisa Hunsaker in 2005 and was built on the principles of helping people live a healthier lifestyle through exercise and more importantly, become more health conscious. WHY we do it? – We believe in enhancing YOUR life through movement and having fun while we do it!

Turning Point Fitness focuses on the original teaching of Joseph Pilates, in a strictly Classical manner. In addition to Pilates we offer a variety of specialty classes that focus on movement driven by the “Core” of the body.

  • Xtend Barre is a great compliment to Pilates, it incorporates elements of dance and strength training and take Pilates principles to an upright plane of movement.
  • Spinning® is a low-impact, high-intensity, exhilarating fitness form requiring little coordination. If you can ride a bike, you can enjoy Spinning®.
  • TRX, is a full body workout using your own body weight while suspended using your core strength to execute over a 100 exercises.
