The TRX suspension trainer was created by a U.S. Navy SEAL and developed by Fitness Anywhere. The TRX is more than a piece of training equipment it is a complete training system. Using the TRX you can perform hundreds of exercises that are targeted on increasing your overall strength, balance and flexibility by using your own body weight. TRX is a total body workout.
This form of exercise is appropriate for most fitness levels.
We offer the following classes using the TRX.
TRX – This is a 60 minute class that encompasses both upper and lower body exercises as well as the core.
TRX Circuit – Alternating back and forth from the TRX straps and cardio stations. Increase your strength and flexibility as well as your cardio vascular system. This class is designed to meet the needs of all levels.
TRX EXPRESS – Short on time… this 30 minute class uses the same TRX suspension trainer and your body weight to ensure a fast and efficient workout.
Metabolic Burn – This class is a swift-paced form of training designed to help the body to continue burning calories after your workout is over. This class will jump start your metabolism. Not recommended for beginners.
