Turning Point Fitness offers custom fitness programs to meet your goals and fitness needs. We start by using a fitness assessment that evaluates: muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and core strength. We can also use measurement tools such as; body fat, body measures, and resting heart rate to track your fitness progress. All session are one hour in length and are by appointment only.
