Kettlebells is a dynamic strength training system used by Russian Special Forces. A Kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. A workout using a Kettlebell is challenging, fun, and different than traditional weight lifting programs. The workouts focus on functional strength, core conditioning and provide a good cardiovascular workout as well. Both instructors are certified by the RKC Russian Kettlebell Association.
