Turning Point Fitness was founded by Lisa Hunsaker in 2005 and was built on the principles of helping people live a healthier lifestyle through exercise and more importantly, become more health conscious.
Turning Point Fitness focuses on the original teaching of Joseph Pilates, in a strictly Classical manner. In addition to Pilates we offer a variety of specialty classes that focus on movement driven by the “Core” of the body.
