Private Pilates Aparatus Instruction Offered

Turning Point Fitness has earned its certification with Pilates apparatus and has purchased the equipment! We now offer one on one sessions lasting 1 hour in length at our Dublin location.

We acquired a Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, and High and Wunda Chair apparatus. Joseph Pilates created the equipment to assist clients with their mat work. The equipment provides an unique way to work your body against the resistance of the springs and allows you to challenge the abdominals and powerhouse at different angles. There are over 500 exercises that are available on the equipment designed to strengthen your core and further the benefits you already experience from Mat Pilates.
